Ontario Hospital Association Produces Guide for IEN's

The OHA  has lauched a guide for Ontario healthcare organizations aimed at streamlining the integration of foreign trained nurses. The "INTERNATIONALLY EDUCATED NURSES: An Employer's Guide" addresses the challenges of workforce integration and provides a practical guide intended to assist employers of IENs.

"Given the aging nursing workforce, effective management of IEN recruitment, retention and integration is a priority."
